Marriage Licences

We issue marriage licenses at our office. Both parties to the marriage are required to attend in person and each must provide  acceptable photo identification.

If there have been any previous divorces, divorce certificates will be required.

Complete the application and make sure you have all of the information required before visiting our office.

A marriage license issued in Alberta is only valid for marriages performed in Alberta. The license is valid for 90 days after the issued date.

This service is available from opening until 1 hour prior to closing time.

Fee = $100.00 (Incl GST)
