In & Out Registry is an authorized agent for the Alberta Healthcare Insurance Plan and we provide the following services to Albertans.
1. Applications / New Registrations.
2. All Status Changes including Alberta Blue Cross for Seniors.

To have your Alberta Health Care number added to your driver's licence you must:
- Be a Canadian Citizen
- Surrender your paper Alberta Health Care card
- OR
- Show your digital Alberta Health Care card in your Alberta Wallet
