Overdue Fines

Pay By Telephone or In Person

When a fine is not paid by the due date on the summons you will be convicted of the infraction and the fine will be Overdue. All overdue fines must be paid before any motor vehicle service can be performed for you. The ticket numbers are not required when paying overdue fines.

You may pay by either of the following two methods:

1) By phone: Send an email to onlineservices@edmontonregistry.com stating that you would like fines on your account paid via phone. Make sure to include your full name and birth date (or driver's licence number), and a phone number we can reach you at. An agent will review your file and contact you for payment as soon as possible.

2) In person: You may stop by our office to pay with debit, cash, certified cheque, or credit card. Extra fees will apply to all credit card transactions.

Transaction Fee = $9.45 per ticket (incl GST)
